Damien and View

Damien first got in touch with me a month before his wedding. He and his wife, View, are such a lovely couple; I could feel the love that oozed from Damien whenever they interacted.

I’m fortunate to have had the opportunity to capture the moments:)

Here are some highlights from the wedding dinner. Hit this link for the slideshow.

Robin and Christine

Robin and I first met when I was still the gaming noob, fresh out of the army. There was Dark Age of Camelot,  Final Fantasy XI, and, last but not least, WoW.

Didn’t really get a chance to meet up with the gang that often after I decided to quit online gaming to focus on other stuff (photography, for instance).  I was therefore thrilled to be asked to photograph his wedding late last year.

Here are some highlights from the wedding. Hit this link for the slideshow.

Cheerios!

Eric and Velle

Velle is my wife S’ good friend, having been friends since their secondary school days. Both S and I first met Eric a couple of years back, and thought of him as am excellent, stand-up guy, a perfect match for Velle.

They recently got married, and I tagged along as the second photographer, shooting whenever I can get a sneak shot in, trying my best not to incur the wrath of the main photog (just kidding:)).

Here are some shots of the AD. Congratulations y’all!

Chong Bing and Claudine

This was certainly a case of the world being extremely small:)

I first met Claudine while on an underwater photography writing assignment (yes, that was what it was, and no, the sentence does not contradict itself). I went along with The Submersibles to Perhentian for a short diving trip. Both Claudine and I were taking our Open Water Diver course then.

Just a year or so after we left Perhentian behind us, I get a call from a Claudine inquiring about my photography services. Not knowing that it was the same Claudine, we arranged for a meet-up, and the rest is history:)

On another related note, one of Chong Bing’s ‘xiong di’ also happens to be a fellow colleague from NS. Just how small can the world get?!

Anyway, here are a few photos. As always, the slideshow can be found here. Cheers!

Desmond and Clarine – 3 Oct 2009

Wowza!

Can’t believe it’s been about a month since I last blogged. But I must also add – what a month this has been!

October was particularly busy for me – 3 weddings to shoot, with another in early November. That, plus a full time job, and cleaning the house and spending time with my lovely wife, S, has obviously kept me extremely busy!! So, there’ll be a series of updates soon to fill the rectify this dearth of posts!

First up, we have Desmond and Clarine. They were the first couple who signed up with me back in June 2009 (how time flies – it’s already been half a year, and we’re now staring at the the beginning of a new one!).

Here’s a quick series of images. My heartiest congratulations!
